Flashlite-V25 is a single board computer based on the NEC V-25 Plus microprocessor. The V-25 is a high-performance, 16-bit, single-chip microcomputer that is software compatible with the Intel 8086/8088 family of microprocessors.

The Flashlite-V25 SBC has several features that make it ideal for embedded control applications. These include two fast DMA channels, eight analog inputs with programmable comparator levels, and a priority interrupt controller with vector or register bank switching.

The Flashlite-V25 single board controller has proven itself in hundreds of applications ranging from offshore telemetry to parachute data logging and is the ideal controller for cost-sensitive applications. It is used in several embedded microprocessor laboratory courses and is excellent for educational applications.

Peripheral boards are also available for prototyping or to add A/D channels, battery-backed real time clock, high current drivers, relays and isolated I/O for many data acquisition and control applications.

The Flashlite-V25 Development Kit (99-0008) includes a Flashlite-V25 controller with 512KRam/512KFlash, Programming Cable, Connector Kit, 110Vin (300mA) AC Adapter, Setup Guide, Schematic and CD with Borland C++ V4.52 compiler, utilities, sample programs and documentation.

(A 110Vin 1 Amp AC Adapter version development kit 99-0002 is available for use with peripheral boards.)
(220Vin to 110V transformer 70-0006 is also available.)
